Together with our client, we define the question. Our team then designs a study protocol. This detailed procedure ensures smooth and transparent project management on both sides.

Once the target group for the specific product or service is defined and subjects are recruited, the study is run by our trained staff of neuroscientists. Data analysis is then performed using algorithms developed by The Neuromarketing Labs. During the entire process, the client receives updates every two weeks and is in touch with the responsible project manager.

The comprehensive interpretation of the results by our team is then summarized. The results are presented to and discussed with the client in person together with specific recommendations and a plan of action.
